Danica brings more than two decades of experience in the finance industry to her role at Magnolia Connection. Most recently, she served as a Senior Payment Administration Specialist at a technology company, where she trained new staff, provided product demonstrations for management and executive leadership, and collaborated with Software Engineers on process improvements. Her professional background has equipped her with a wide range of transferable skills, including attention to detail, data entry, problem solving, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Danica utilizes her experience in both operations and customer service to support the practice in administrative efficiency and process improvement. Her ability to adapt, communicate effectively, and approach tasks with precision ensures that both clients and staff benefit from her contributions.

Outside of her professional life, Danica is a wife and proud mother of three adult children. She and her husband especially enjoy spending time with their grandsons, as well as with their American Boxer, Dexter. In her free time, Danica loves crafting, making memories with her family, and spoiling her grandsons.
